Giving & Memorials

Donations of any amount are welcome and most appreciated at Morrison-Talbott Library, and there are many ways to give.

Creating a Library Legacy is a wonderful way of giving to the library in honor of a loved one or on behalf of your entire family. Through planned giving, you can prearrange for a specific amount to be donated to Morrison-Talbott Library in your will or trust.

If you are looking for a unique way to celebrate a birthday or special occasion, why not consider a tribute to honor that special someone by donating a Book Plate Memorial.

Friends of Morrison-Talbott Library

The Friends of the MTL is a non-profit organization of people like you who use the library and appreciate its value to the community. The purpose of the Friends group is to assist in Adult and Children’s programs, provide funds for materials and equipment, and to help focus attention on available library services. The Group traditionally meets once per quarter and volunteers throughout the year at various fund raising and program events.

The Friends are currently meeting monthly as we are looking for individuals interested in joining our growing organization. If you are interested in getting information about becoming a member of Friends of MTL, contact us at friends@waterloolibrary.org.
